Our return policy lasts 7 days after order is received (excluding weekends or national holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item at our Headquarters. For returns/ exchanges email our customer service department and we will be glad to assist. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to UPS within 5 days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) of being issued the return label. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. If an item does not work out for you, the item can only be exchanged for store credit that can be used towards another order.
