At VINTAGE’88®, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within the timeframe stated at checkout. Pre-order items are produced and shipped according to the estimated delivery window shared at the time of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. VINTAGE’88® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery has been confirmed.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

Check with neighbors, household members, or your leasing office

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing package claim

File a report if you believe the package was stolen
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Insurance (Recommended)
To provide additional peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout (when available). Insured shipments may be eligible for replacement or reimbursement in the event of loss or theft, subject to the carrier’s policies.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
VINTAGE’88® is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, VINTAGE’88® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Care
We value our community and aim to be as helpful as possible. While shipping issues beyond confirmed delivery are outside of our control, we may offer store credit or a courtesy discount on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
